The XG FTG provides a never before seen level of cab spaciousness, which fully benefits the driver and leads to outstanding driver comfort. And the steered, leading axle provides the XG FTG with a flexible vehicle layout which leads to more flexibility when moving goods over long distances.

The spacious cab, with a top-of-the-line, automatically adjustable relax bed with optional topper and the possibility of two fridges and a swivel seat for both the driver and the co-driver are some of the interesting features that make the XG FTG an ideal companion for drivers that cover long distances and spend many hours in their truck. Furthermore, the additional steered, leading axle provides additional axle load capacity if necessary while keeping a high level of manoeuverability. Which is convenient when carrying heavy (partial) loads. And thanks to excellent safety features like the DAF Corner view, large windscreen with low belt line and kerb view window the DAF XG FTG provides excellent visibility and therefore safety to the driver while (un)loading containers or during manoeuvring in busy port areas.
